Henchmen - a possible Graphic novel

I am considering on making this Korean gangster graphic novel for quite some time, I have all the materials but I can’t seem to have the time to start drafting the illustrations.  Anyway, here are the characters and some possible cover concepts.

Henchman referred originally to one who attended on a horse for his employer, that is, a horse groom. Hence, like constable and marshal, also originally stable staff, henchman became the title of a subordinate official in a royal court or noble household. It is now used primarily to describe a lackey or trusted aide.
